Powerbike consists of a 45-minute moderate to high intensity cardiovascular workout without impact on a stationary bicycle for all people, of all ages and at all fitness levels.
Your journey begins with a single pedal stroke. Your training will require strength and determination. Just get on the bike, adjust the seat and pedal away.
