Powerbike (indoor cycling), is an aerobic exercise that runs on a stationary bicycle, consisting of a 45-minute moderate to high intensity cardiovascular training for people of any age and physical condition. In this ride we do movements of torso, arms and abs performed during constant pedaling to the rhythm of the music.
Your journey begins with a single pedal stroke.
Your training will require strength and determination.
Just get on the bike, adjust the seat and pedal away.
